Peavey 115bx vs. Ampeg 115bse

Alright so here's the question:

Should I replace a blown scorpion for my peavey 115bx cab, or should I drop 200 bucks on a used Ampeg 115bse cab?

I currently have an SWR Bass 350 (red face) and a Peavey 410tx cab.

Well I can't comment on what the ampeg would sound like I can tell you that if you replace that old scorpion with a Black Widow you will find its more than twice the speaker.

Of course, they run about $130 I think.
