Question Peavey Basic 60?

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm looking to buy a Peavey Basic 60, but I think its discontinued, as its not on the Peavey website

Just wondering if anyone knew where they're still available, either website, store or one they're selling?

Thanks

The Basic 60 has been out of production for many years now.

The american versions are worth while.. I've gigged zillions of times with them..

They're surprisingly good sounding.

Man I'm kicking myself for not grabbing one up they had at my local MGR awhile ago and you guys keep reminding me...

Anyway I know nothing about this one for sale but there is one and you can always keep checking for others, and they should be happy to ship it:

I've got a Basic 50 you can have for $75. I'm in Golden, Colorado. 720-389-7137 if you want it. I use it for practice, but am changing bands and won't need it anymore. I also have a 15 inch 4 ohm 250 watt Eminence speaker I took out of a Fender cabinet, $75, and a 2 space SKB rack, like new, $60. Anyone wants them, call! I'll also trade...need a Furman power conditioner and a 4 or 6 space rack.

I have a Basic 40 kicking around for low level stuff. I think that thing will literally last forever. Tough as nails. Doesn't sound half bad either. If you see one come up on craigslist or something worth looking into.

My first combo was a Basic 50, I abused it for years, it was absolutely indestructable, I traded it for a guitar cord...A GUITAR CORD!!! (always regreted that). I think the 60 is ported and has an additional 10 watts, but otherwise is the same. If so, you can't go wrong
