Peavey IPR 1600 transformer question...

JUst a quick Q; can the transformer in the Peavey IPR 1600 be easily switched to 240v operation?

I believe that there is a jumper cable inside that can be simply unplugged by a qualified technician. Also, the circuit breaker should be changed out.
