Peavey Max 700 V.S. Ampeg PF-350

I am considering purchasing one of these heads.
Basically I would like to get people's opinions/experiences with either amp. I know the Ampeg is new and not too much info is in circulation concerning it. But if I could get someones legit 2cents on these amps. I would appreciate it.
