peavey's discontinued high end name? anyone know it?

i really don't know much about them... not even the name of the line. all i know is that they produced 4X12 bass cabs.
anyone know anything about it? i couldn't find squat!

I believe you're thinking of Peavey's 412TVX cabinet.

I know they now have a VB215 loaded with BWs on their site now. Made my trousers tighten.

ya, its not trace... u used to run an old pre peavey trace rig along time ago, so i'd recognize that one... if i could find one of thoes old 18X10's again... weeeee...

since i can't find ANY info about it Anywhere... i'm thinking i was misinformed...

Peavey has always been just Peavey. They have different lines, but they all say Peavey on them.

Crest is owned by Peavey now. I thought Gibson owns Trace.

There's one of these in the local pawn shop. It is HUGE. I'm scared to try it out, since the last thing I need is another large cab. But it looks nicely built actually.

Peavey bought Trace a few years ago. You can even link with Trace from the Peavey website.

Peavey also produced items under the name of Audio Media Research. I had an AMR tube mic preamp, but it also said Peavey on the name plate.

I just bought one of these. it's freakin huge alright, weighs as much as my 8x10, 140lbs. I believe. what a beast, massive punch and bottom end. this thing is all business.

I dont know of Peavey ever having a "high end" name/line of cabs, but I do have a 412TVX
