Pignose Hog 30 power cable replacement?

Hey guys, I recently got a Hog 30 and really dig it for my living room/fun jam amp, however, it came without a power source. Can I use just any 12V power supply or do I have to drop the $40+ on the AC Adapter Charger for Hog Series Amps? Thanks!

You can use any supply that provides the correct voltage, current capacity and polarity through the correct connector.
