Yes, you can plug another 210 cabinet into the Ashdown Combo, providing it is an 8 ohm cabinet (I'm expecting you to be meaning the Ashdown MAG 210T which is 8 ohm) which most 210's are.

From the specs I saw on the website there should be a speaker output jack. Just plug the other 210 cab into that and you're good to go. But be sure you use an 8ohm cab, running the combo speakers with an external 8ohm cab will give you a 4ohm load and that is the minimum for the amp. Doing this will give you a pretty nice rig.

I heard from a friend (guitar player) that if you plug an extra cab into a combo it will ruin the speakers already inside the combo, and in some cases it can ruin the head having extra power. Is this really true? i dont trust treble players

Your friend needs to check into a mental health facility ASAP.

Be nice Bill!

If you close one eye and tilt your head a bit you can sort of see where he was going. Too low a load will kill the amp and if the added cabinet does not work with the same polarity as the internal driver(s) both sets could be damaged by turning up too far trying to compensate.

The man's a GUITAR player after all. You got to consider the source.

The problem with guitar'd players is that even if they had any functional grey matter to begin with it all ends up churned into useless tapioca after spending much time standing in front of one or more of those ridiculous 4x12 loaded contraptions.
At which point refer to response above.
