Either can be delicious and either can suck when you get a bad slice. The subject really has been beaten to death though. Your just asking for another opinion battle. Honestly I like bother but lean towards ported. Same way i lean towards pepper jack. On a more important subject cheese is ****ing great right! |

I had to wiki that: turns out your legally not allowed to call it cheese. Is cheddar in the US that bad that it's only a matter of opinion which one you like most?
