Possible Blown tweeter?

Sign in to disble this ad
I have an Epifani t-310, no idea the year it was built. Recently I've notice a buzz coming from the from, near the tweeter. Its pretty obviously located there, as in its not woofer noise. Now my question is does it sound like a blown tweeter, of do you think it could just be air escaping through a loose seal, because it also sounds like that could be it. The sound only comes around if the amp is loudish (re: louder than practice volume), so what do you guys think?

One of my SWR Goliath 4x10s has a rattling horn. I unplugged it and only use that cab stacked with my other one, wich has a working horn.

Eh, sorry, I know that dont answer you question....mine did it at all but very low volume.
