Practice amp trouble

My Marshall started acting weird. during practice it will start to sound scratchy then get low volume and without warning go real loud for a few min then low and scratchy or static.Sounds like dirty pots but cleaning did not help .Wat up wid dat?

Clean the effect & return jacks if it has them

well it gets **** canned.put out too the curb some fool will pick it up.
