Price for a Aguilar GS412 too much??

I was on vacation and found and fell in love with the GS 412. The cab is really beat though handles rusting, carpet torn and falling off, logo missing. They were asking $700, too much? I like the cab but it seems like it should be cheaper in the condition its in? Any insight would be great I'm only in this town for a few more days. Thanks.

I wish i was seeing more cabs, prob is I'm out of town. When I get it home with my amps and basses then I end up not liking it I loose who knows how much on a gamble. If it were a sideways deal would not care. But the stuff I played though it at the store it sounded pretty darn good. so I'm looking for a bit more insight.

I got a GS412 a couple of years ago for about $350 or $400 through Craigslist. In decent shape too. I say it's too much, unless you REALLY love it.

Man thats a deal like i said though, love it but cant play any of my stuff through it to be 100% sure i'll love it.

I don't know what deals are like in your area, but if you're not sure, I would pass. A deal like this will come up again, and especially if it's in nasty condition, I say skip it.

Theres one on GC's used website right now for $599,....looks fairly clean from the pic they have of it.
