Problems contacting Euphonic Audio - SOLVED!!!

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello Friends:

I was wondering if anyone out there has been able to reach anyone at EA lately. I have sent an e-mail and made 2 phone calls within the last 10 days and haven't received any sort of reply. In the past, they have been very responsive and have replied very quickly.

Any thoughts or suggestions on how I can reach someone over there about an amp issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Although I am no longer involved in the day to day operations of EA. I will help in any way that I can. Please PM me with anything I might do to help

Mike

Curious, why didn't they return your phone/e-mails?? That doesn't sound good

Wink PROBLEM RESOLVED - COULD THIS BE CLOSED NOW, PLEASE?

Nearly immediately after I posted this thread for some help, Larry from EA contacted me to advise that Gary has been out of town. That's good enough for me!! Thanks to everyone else who helped out in our mutual bass quest.

Thread closed as per user request.
Bill
