Problems with Gallien Kreugar Backline 410

I have a Gallien Kreugar backline 410 and the top right speaker keeps giving me cracking noises and popping noises. I think the speaker needs replaced. How do I remove the grille to get to the speaker?

The metal grill should be screwed directly into the face of the cab. All you need to do is unscrew it and pop the grill right out.
