Prototype Cabs?

So I saw this ad that was kind of intresting. The website is all in French but it's not very informative anyway.

I've emailed the shop to go try them out as I'm curious to see how they sound. I'll post a review once I try them.

Has anyone played/heard anything similar?

"Ok the theory is simple: One speaker = One Cabinet"
That theory is simply wrong. You can't get anywhere near optimal results using a ten, twelve and fifteen all in the same box size.

Bad design. Should do quite well in the marketplace if everything else is handled correctly ; }

The largest one takes up almost the entire side it's on.

The box is about 1.5 cu ft. net. Loaded with Eminence Basslites the ten will go the lowest, followed by the twelve and then the fifteen, very much the inverse of what a buyer would be expecting.

Yeah, doesn't seem well thought out.

Hi Infrasonik and all others who are here with us,

Sorry about the tardyness of the reply but I didn't get your email. I was lucky enough to get this thread from a Google search!

I would be happy to let any one test drive the newest version of this cab system. Yes this is now a full cab system that we developped. We have 10 new models (4 bass, 2 bass/guit and 4 guitar), in four finishes, that you can mix and match to your playing desire. For those who would like to see the new look of the VersaCab system "Like" us on Facebook and stay updated with the latest from the DeucE line of products.

(Copy/paste : "Instruments de musique DeucE musical instruments" in the Facebook search bar.)

Our new shop is @ 1620 ch. Pink, Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.

I would be happy to answer any questions.

DeucE
