So, I'm getting into Epifani cabs because my GIII's just aren't cutting it anymore. I was really sold on the PS-410's because the tone that Gouche gets out of those is INSANE! Plus they're 10lbs lighter than a GIII cab. However, I've seen Gouche playing through some UL D.I.S.T cabs recently and it's hard to A/B them based on the videos because of the variable of video quality. Anyone played through both of these cabs? Also, I tune down a wholestep all the way across (A, D, G, C, F) so the 36 Hz frequency response of the PS cabs is more attractive than the 40 Hz (same as a GIII cab) frequency response of the UL D.I.S.T. cabs. Thoughts? |
