Question and kudos for Genz Benz

Can somebody from Genz Benz reply and let me know when they are going to start shipping the streamliner outside the States. There are a few of us downunder who are very keen to try one.
And on the kudos front, I just heard of someone here in little old Napier New Zealand who had a question about his shuttle. Believe it or not he received a phone call from someone in management at GB in the States checking that all was fine and asking him how he was enjoying the shuttle. Now that's what I call service.
And while we are on the warm fuzzies.... a friend of mine down here recently had a driver problem in his Bergantino AE112. Jim Bergantino dealt with it personally to ensure that he will receive a replacement speaker free if needed, despite it being well out of warranty.
Great customer service sure seems to be alive and well in America.

Well now I'm miffed.... I live in Napier, have a shuttle, and I didn't get any call from GB asking how I liked it.... not fair!

There is no "management" at GB...it is just me, Jeff, Andy and Scott. So, with that being said:

we are shipping outside the U.S. Distributors have to order though....we can't ship until they order.

Once again, CS doesn´t get any better than what GB guys offer their customers. Other companies may be as good as them, but definitely not better...
