Question: replacing the tweeter diaphragm on my aguilar DB112

So I'm new to this procedure and have a quick question. The front grill cloth seems to be permanently affixed to the cab so do I gain access to the tweeter from the rear by removing the back plate? Any insight is appreciated.
Chances are good the grille is attached w/heavy-duty velcro circles in the corners or something similar. Pry it very carefully at a corner to see if I'm correct (you may need to unscrew the badge, as well). There's no way it's not removable or how could you change the driver? If you can't get it loose, sent Dave Boonschoft of Aguilar a message. You should be able to find him as he often shows up here on TB and is very responsive.
If it's a tight fit you may have to remove the corner hardware to clear it but if the cab does not have a removable back, there has to be access from the front. Try hooking an allen wrench or something behind the grill frame and pulling it out. Maybe start near a corner.
I've got these cabs...
The grill is a frame, velcro'd on.
You can either remove the corner hardware as suggested, or like I do, get a fine flat blade screwdriver and pop one corner out a bit, and then gently work it out from there
