Question on a setup

So I sold my Fender Bassman 400H and the Ampeg BSE410 is looking to go soon.

I prefer the 115 sound and my ideal setup would be to use my Rusty Box (pre amp and stomp similar to sansamp) into a poweramp into a 115.

For the power amp, would something like the QSC 1400 be ideal? I'll probably go to the Avatar 115 for the cab.
