Question: Shuttle 6.0 owners..

Okay,

I should be recieving my "new to me" Shuttle 6.0 today.

Already did research/downloaded manual..etc.

I see it has "speakon" connectors for speaker out.

My question to you(shuttle 6 owners):

Are these the "combination" type that accept 1/4" in the center as well as speakons?

or no?

I'm guessing no, as usually the ones that do, mention it somewhere in the manual.

Nope. Speakon only.

I have the Shuttle 6.0 as well as the 9.0 and neither will accept a 1/4 connector for the speaker output.

Hmm..that's what I thought..

Good, cuz the're better,bad cuz I can't seem to find my spare bag o cables.

You can buy adapters that connect to the speakon connectors and have a 1/4" jack on the back. This allows use of standard 1/4" cables as needed. I keep one around with my Shuttle 6.0 just in case.
