Randall RBA 500 HT - Anyone got one?

Just bought one of these used (obviously) from GC online for a good price. It arrived, and most of the lettering on the faceplate is gone. I can make out (left to right) Gain, Treble, Middle, Bass. Then on the second panel, it looks like a five band EQ.
I cant read anything on the inputs, and I cant make out if there is a master volume.
Anyone have one of these and can provide a pic of the face?
And of course, opinions on performance and such.
I'll be using it for rehearsal tomorrow.
Thanks.
