Everything I've heard in TB about GK support has been good, but I'm having some trouble reaching them via email.
I emailed 'parts' and was told to email 'tech01', but never heard from them. So I asked the 'parts' person for a new tech address and haven't heard back from her.
Am I doing something wrong?
