I don't know what can be done on price, but Greg at Rocket music is the coolest guy to deal with. He just became a Berg dealer, give him a shout.

Just pay the price. Work with a dealer you like. I had great service from Glenn at Bass Specialties.

Jim uses a 'fixed pricing' policy. The cabs are the same price at every retailer, so it doesn't matter. Find a retailer you like or that is close to you and get 'er done!

I'll second this statement. I buy all of my gear at Bass Specialties.

Thanks all. Having BassNW 10 minutes away is a good thing.

I have that combo (well, RH450). Also highly recommended with a Markbass LMTube for a little more open top end.

Greg became a dealer in order to be able to sell me a Bergantino HT112ER yesterday. Greg IS one cool guy to deal with and he jumped through hoops to get me into a lighter rig for smaller gigs.

Bought a EBS TD660 and the HT112ER from him this week and his prices on both were unbeatable. I highly recommend him.

I would be in BIG trouble if I lived that close to that type of store

I live about 15 minutes from Rocket Music. I have a hard time staying away from that place. I would recommend stopping by there if you happen to be traveling on I81 in SW VA.
