I am a heavy handed finger style player in a Guitar/Bass/Keys/Drum prog-metal band. I need an amp to fill my share of the space sonically and needs to handle 5-strings and occasional distortion. I also do a lot of tapping/soloing so two channel or more would be a plus. Right now I play a Carvin VTX-2800 tube head through a borrowed Hartke cab with 2-10s, 1-15 and a tweeter. I'll have the cheddar to throw around after the holiday and need some advice. |
