Recommendation, Please - Footswitch for LowDown 150 Amp

Sign in to disble this ad
I own a Line6 LowDown 150 which has become pretty much my main gigging amp (we have a large P.A. and a small trailer ).

What I need is a footswitch that allows me simply 1) the ability to select among the four presets, and 2) the ability to turn the onboard effects on or off. Nothing more. And technically, I don't even need function #2 as I have an open preset on the amp that I could simply set up with the effect that I want, engaged.

I did a little research on the Line6 Website and it looks like most of the pedalboards they want to sell do way more than I need (or want to pay for). Do you have to run a Line6 pedalboard with their amps or will those amps interface with non-proprietary switchers as well?

Thanks in advance.

Unless that amp uses standard MIDI commands you will have to get one of the L6 pedals to work properly with the amp.
