Recommendations and help?

So, I'm looking to start playing larger shows but I need a larger rig. I have a Fender Rumble 100watt combo and it's loud but it does not carry well.
As of yet, I am debating a Ampeg SVT3 Pro and match it with an Ampeg 410 HLF or an Orange Tiny Terror with I'm not sure what cab. Ideally, I'm looking for a 4x10" cab.
I generally go for a variety of different bass tones, from the likes of Krist Novaselic from Nirvana, John Paul Jones, and Michael Shuman in Queens.
Any suggestions, tips or info on any of the following? Or even some suggestions for heads and cabs?

I'd go 4 a all tube amp such as SVT, or cheaper ones like Peavey VB2, TRaynor YBA200-both are great amps.
Or go for a D-class-hybrid, such as Genz Benz Streamliner our or Shuttle-great amps @ great $.

The Orange bass terror in that D class hybrid category & has good reviews. The svt 410hlf is very 'bottomy', I found it extremely boomy-without clarity. Another 410-4ohm would be a bettrr choice imo. Ymmv
