REDDI into amps input, is it possible???

Sign in to disble this ad
I've read some info here on TB but I'm not very clear.
I have an A-Designs REDDI and now a TC Classic410.

Is there anyway I can get an XLR-1/4" cable and run the REDDIs XLR to the input of my amp to get the REDDI sound into my signal chain????? I know it sounds awesome for recording and even to send the DI out to the FOH on gigs, but It would be even better if I could get that REDDI warmth into my amp and then have the whole signal come out form the TCs DI output.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but after reading a lot I still don't have a clear answer.

Thanks guys and gals.

i don't know if i'd want to use the tc di if i had a reddi. i'd just load up any effects in front of it and run it straight to foh. of course, that doesn't answer your question

i suppose you could get an xlr-1/4" transformer from radio shack and plug it into the tc's input. still, i wouldn't want anything acting negatively on the reddi's tone so i'm not seeing this as a particularly good idea. sorry...just being honest.
