You would do just as well to find another cab, almost any other 4 X 10 cab.
I have heard the holes the behringer drivers fit through are too small for most replacement 10" drivers.
Cutting this compressed board material is a nightmare, I know thoman do replacement behringer drivers.

If you're the original owner, I suggest contacting Behringer and requesting a replacement. I've heard that they will not charge you.

No downside to asking.

^This.

Or if You bought the cab from Thomann, they have a 3 year warranty.

Hard to imagine the cab lasted buzz-free for longer than that .

Unless You're planning to make a DIY 410 and just want to try modelling some speakers for real in any enclosure, I wouldn't recommend using the Behringer cab to house any other speakers than the ones it came with.

Regards
Sam

If you have no luck with the manufacturer...I have a couple kicking around. The speakers are made by Bugera exclusively for behringer.

In that case, assuming an SS amp obviously, connect the remaining three in series, or if the amps lowest impedance allows, in parallell. And do remove the faulty speaker and block the cut-out.

With a tube amp, DON'T DO IT.

That will lead to reduced volume and power handling though, so good chances are that You'll blow the rest of them as well.
