| Replacement Ampeg SVT-CL knobs?

Hi all,
I just scored a pretty good deal on an Ampeg SVT-CL (Made in USA) head yesterday. Was in pretty good condition besides an 1.5 inch tear in the tolex, and one knob missing for the frequency stuff. Any idea where I can score a replacement knob? I've googled around, but haven't had much luck.
