Replacment of tube in head

I have to change out the tube in my hartke lh1000 which is preamp tube but my question is it easy to do and is there any bias adjustments , I wouldnt think so but im not sure and im giggi.g tonight and may need to do a switch out between sets cause I dont have time before hand to do it.

Nearly all pre-amp tubes work in Class A. Therefor they are self biasing and need no adjustments.
