Good job too, it's my favourite thread title.

Plus I like making people's jaws drop when we start setting up. My Ric through that rig sounds monstrous to my ears.
PS - no I don't use the "11" setting.

In gig situations I'll probably be using just one half of the speakers at a time -- either the Bergantino NV215 for larger gigs, or the Dr. Bass mini stack for smaller rooms or when I need more portability. But I'll be rehearsing with the full rig for a few weeks until I get a good feel for how the two halves of it sound, both together and separately. It sounds good -- *really good*. In fact, I have a hard time imagining how anything could sound substantially better (for my personal tone goals). The Dr. Bass 1260 Slant contributes a great clarity to the highs and mids, and the NV215 adds its well-known depth and roundness to the lows. The Demeter preamp mixes in its warm, clean, complex tone, and then the Crest CA-9 makes it loud enough to crumble a stone wall... Slapping on the low B string is an experience beyond my ability to describe. It demands some serious intestinal fortitude.
