Roland DB-500 amp volume Problem

Sign in to disble this ad
My Roland DB-500 160 watt amp doesn't have any volume. When I have the volume up all the way, the sound is low and distorted. The volume also fluctuates. I put in another speaker to see if it was a blown speaker. I still get the same problem. I also checked to see if there were any loose wires. Any other ideas before I take it in to get looked at?

I had this problem with my DB 700. A couple of cold solder joints at fault, easy fix if you have a good tech guy.
