Rumble 410/350

Hey TB!!

I buying a new amp soon, and i've been searching the net for a while now. I have been looking a lot at the Rumble 410/350 stack and the Gallien Kruger 1001 half stack.

Only thing is the gallien kruger is kost double as much ?? but will the rumble not deliver as good a sound ?

You would probably like the 700RB II with a cab better than the 1001RB II. The 1001RB II is in a total different class with the Rumble.

I cannot comment on anything that I haven't tried or Gigged with. But I just purchased my 350 head and 410 cab and I have gigged with it. I LOVE IT!!!!. No doubt for me. Fender Rumble is an underrated, underloved and under appreciated rig..

If you can, try it out and make a decision. I'm glad I went to the store to try it out because I was completely surprised.

410s sound better than a 210 115 mismatch to a lot of folks. I dig 410s mice elf.

Rumble 410 is 4-Ohms. Thats the lowest the Rumble 350 head goes.

The Rumbles really aren't that bad at all. If you don't try to turn them up stupid loud, they are pretty decent sounding amps. I play through my singer's 1x8 15w rumble combo at his place when we do writing and it sounds pretty boss for a 1x8 combo lol.

Just mind your volume and how hard you are pushing the head/cab. I'd put them on par with or better than the GK Backline/Goldline stuff. They aren't an all-tube stack or stupid loud fEarful cab, but they aren't supposed to be. They'll get you through rehearsal and some gigs, no shame in something that gets the job done at a modest price.

Always buy as much wattage as you can afford, and always go with matched cabs for a solid performing rig.
