Sign in to disble this ad
i got a cabinet, sansamp tech 21 preamp, and a QSC power amp. It never occured to me to plug headphones into it for practicing. What jack would i use?

I also have an electric keyboard i wanna run through it but the casio privia px130 only has headphone jacks. Id get an adapter and plug this into what port?

Thanks guys, im an idiot when it comes to this stuff.

For practice, plug the bass and the headphones into a simple micro mixer along with your MP3 player if you wish to play along with music tracks. Using a honking great power amp to drive a pair of headphones is pointless. These mixers are available for a few tens of Dollars.

Your K/B has a stereo out most likely so you shouldn't just short the L and R signals together. That can cause damage. They need to be mixed. Again you can use the mixer suggested above to do the mixing.
