Sandman's SVT

I just found this on ebay and thought others would be entertained. Mark Sandman's rig, in its entirety on ebay for $6000. Way too much money for a vintage SVT and 8x10 but for the right Morphine fan this is pure gold.

personally, I'd rather see this (and Morphine) in the Rock'N'roll Hall of Fame.

Mine's better. It's a 69 that was one fo the very first ever made, and it belonged to Doug Ingle who played keyboards in Iron Butterfly. I will be watching this auction very closely...and then when it doesn't sell, I'll watch the price come down

Wow... In the Garden of Eden.... amazing Jimmy... a real piece of history... I probably saw that amp 25 times in my youth... ah, the 60s... what a great decade to be a kid.

Never got to see Doug with IB, but I did see them in 80. They still sounded great but Doug was the band for me. JohnK says they insist that anyone who plays keyboards with them use an SVT.
