 Send and Return - Ashdown ABM 500 EVO III

I just needed some explanation of the SEND and RETURN function of my bass amp. I never used it in the past and I was wondering how it could help me with my effects.
How should I setup my gear? I use a tuner (BOSS TU-2), Bass Limiter/Enhancer, Digital Delay, Bass Overdrive, Blues Driver and Dunlop Bass Wah.
Which ones should I put through the send and return and which ones should I put straight from bass to amp?
