Setting up Amp with Cab.

Hey, Although this is my first post I've been lurking through the forums for some time reading up on things. I just thought I'd tell you a bit about myself because most forums like that I've been playing Bass for 5 years, the first 3 of which were tutored. I started on a Yamaha RBX 270J with a Roland Cube practice amp. I recently bought a Stingray 5 and an SWR SM900, along with an SWR Henry 8x8 cab. I love my music, especially funk

Anyways down to my question. As I've only ever played combo amps I'm a bit lost as to what should plug in where on my amp and cab. I've been reading up over the last month while I wait for things to arrive, but I'm still unsure as to what Output my cab should plug into on the amp. I've learnt a bit about different levels of resistance and running multiple cabs etc but still find myself a bit lost If someone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated, I'm dying to play it, but obviously don't want to blow anything up

Like I said my Amp is an SWR SM900 and my Cab is a SWR Henry 8x8 @ 4ohms.

Here is my amp manual - gives you a diagram of outputs on the back.

Thanks in advance,
Jason

p.s I hope I put this in the right forum, I read the stickys and think this is it.

See page 18. If you don't have the speakon style cable use the 1/4" jack #1 with a good SPEAKER cable to the cab. Enjoy the ride!
I would NOT recommend trying to use the bridged mode with your cab, just leave the amp in stereo mode and use one side (left).
