Hi everyone,
So, my girlfriend has a Cube30 Bass, but unfortunately, the amp broke, so until it returns from where it's being fixed at, she has no other way but to play it unplugged.
I was wondering if there's any small software that would do the job. The audio quality doesn't have to be the best, just enough for her to be able to play.
Thanks for your time
PS: I forgot to mention that she's using an onboard sound card

You can also plug the RCA cord from the computer in to a pedal and then just use a regular guitar cord to plug in to the bass.
You might have to select the input as "Line In" under your sound card options to hear anything though. |

Those programs can be purchased....OR you can do the more resourceful thing and torrent them. |

Thanks for everyone's help, by the way.

Oh, by the way, which software would you suggest?

So that makes it O.K. then ?
I guess personal responsibility and morals don't exist either.
Same people that think it's O.K. probably also download music for free, but would have a fit if it was their music and their royalties

You will probably have to select "Line In" under "Control Panel-->Sounds and Audio Devices-->Audio-->Sound Recording-->Volume" on the computer.
If you want more EQ for the tone, I'd use a pedal in the chain or look in to some free software, but I'll let others chime in for that as I haven't looked in to it very much lately and the stuff I use is way outdated.
