plus i have other bands members that would just carry it in not realizing what it is lol. my 810 is getting too big for some of our shows and no one ever wants to help me with it lol especially at a venue where there is stairs. im also 6 foot 4 and 270lbs so a 50lb dead lift isnt so bad to me.

I'm sorry, but that's really lame. I wouldn't be in a band with people who weren't willing to help each other out.
That said, the ability to just bring half the rig for smaller shows is a definite advantage to two 4x10"s.

And if I remember correctly he preferred the SP410s. I'd say go for it. Can't go wrong with Orange. I'm saving up for a OBC115, but it'll be a while before I can afford one lol. Orange is expensive but sooo worth it.

Heck I use it to move my powered subs around and they have wheels. Look for the ones that have skid plates on the arms so you can slide them down stairs. http://www.sz-wholesale.com/uploadFi...ROLLEY_611.jpg

I don't know if physics agree wit those cabs though

But a single SP410 probably costs as much as your Ampeg 810.
I say go for it...but I also echo the other's sentiments that a single tilt-back cabinet is arguably easier to wheel around than two smaller cabinets that you have to lift and carry. I would consider a Bergantino NV-series cabinet at less than 100 lbs as an alternative. |

one 4x10 + one 2x10 = perfect.
