Greetings, has any one every put these 2 together?
Primarily for 70's blues and rock.
I like to use a VT pedal with the shuttle to add some warmth

I have the the Shuttle 3.0/8 combo. I've not tried combining it with a 1-15 cab but am considering a 1-12. If the 15 can handle the full 300 watts at 4 ohms, I bet it would sound great.
The VT is definately cool, although I find the Shuttle has a pretty warm tone on its own, surprisingly so in fact. I mostly use passive Fender Js with flatwound strings, lately playing alot of Hendrix, Stones, James Gang, various blues styles.
it should be fine as far as power handling goes. Just keep in mind that the Scout 15 is a passive radiator design and is tuned fairly low for quite a bit of bass response for a single 15 in that size box. It can tend to get a little tubby/flabby sounding if you EQ too much low end into it. Also plan to spend some time working with the Scouts adjustable crossover (if your version has that). You can set the crossover at 3k, 4k or 5k, as well as adjust the tweet level.
I don't personally care for the Shuttle 3.0 tone possibilities (I like tubes in my pre ), but you should be able to work with the Shuttle 3.0 + Scout 15 combination to get something that you like.

I use my Shuttle 3 with a Scout 12 cab and really dig it, Very fat tone and no hassle haul. The Scout 15 is a superb cab-you may want to dial down the lows a tad.

Thank you for the comments and insight. I currently have the 8" as well as the 8" extension cab. I do enjoy this set up, but feel that I need some more lower bass dispersion if that make sense. I have not tried either the 12 or 15 with the shuttle. I did try a Walkabout Combo with the 12" and it was truly superb. The VT adds some grit with this set up, but I feel I need more.
