Shuttle 6.0 + HT/ER Stack

Just wondering if anyone has/have any experience with this combination? I have one ordered and I think it would be a great match, since the grittyness of Shuttle will pretty much bring some character on the ER stack..

I still currently own a mark bass F1.. It's not that I don't like the amp the F1 just doesn't fit the HT112ER right. I ain't sure why but It doesn't good at least in my ears.

A comparison with F1 vs Shuttle 6.0 with the ER stack would be awesome too!

I own a Markbass SA450 and an HT112ER. I have a friend with two AE112s and used to prefer the MB with an AE to the HT. However, I have found that the tone controls on the 450 are good enough to easily dial in the AE sound should I wish - just back off the bass a tad and boost the upper mids a tad. The HT cab can osund like it is lacking a bit of character in a practice situation, but live I think it is a magic combination with the Markbass. It may be that the F1 is less suited to the HT, but I believe others have posted that this is a good combination....???

gotta be honest,

not my fav combo. the EQ section doesnt really come alive w/ the berg cabs, and just felt rather empty and hollow no matter what i did to thicken the sound. if anything, the high end on the shuttle seemed to liven up the higher end of the ER cabs, but other than that, meh.

fyi, was comparing the 6.0, the 9.0, and the swr headlite to see which would sound best w/ the berg cabs, and the headlite was by far my fav. the EQ section better complimented the ER stack, and loved how the aural enhance knob actually did make the cabs sound and feel bigger than they were.

been using the headlite / ht112er combo for a good month or so, and been loving it.
