| I believe SWR's site used to have some, maybe for the 400 or 900. I recall Tom Bowlus has some settings posted for his 400S.
I personally turn the bass knob up, but use the bottom set of parametric EQ to control the low bass. I have the gain cranked to around 2 o'clock or as high as I can get it before triggering the pre-amp clip light (I play a Sterling with volume at about 50%). I have the aural enhancer anywhere between 10 and 2 o'clock.
