Hello friends.
Recently I purchased a Kustom Groove600 (GREAT amp may I say. Right now Im using my drums 1x15, which sounds good, but has confirmed my desire for a 4x10
Now, I know what sound Im going for, so I dont need help with that. Where my problems start is with the fact that I have a 2 door toyata celica. For those who dont know, its a SMALL car. So does anyone know of a 4x10 thats pretty small?
If worst comes to worst, I can probably take my front seat out, but Id like to avoid that if I can |

I dont know a TON about how to match heads and cabs, but basically, if I wanted a 210 and a 115 and have them handle a 600w load, then how would I go about doing that?
Also, what are some recommended cabs? I know I like eminence speakers, but I have an open mind. I just need a list of things to try really. |

However, I agree with the 112 x 2 stack. Thats what I do. I drive a small toyota corolla and can EASILY get each cab in. My cabs are epi UL112s and weigh 30LBS each. They have never let me down as to volume and tone.

My opinion through actual use...
Small... YES (can fit in any car seat)
Heavy... YES (If you consider 45lbs heavy)
Expensive... YES
A 112 just as loud... NO (this cab packs alot of low end)
Again, just my opinion.

i've been in favor of the 2 smaller cabs lately. got a gs112 and i'm going to sell my avatar 212 for another! |

I got my whole rig into a Chrysler Neon without a problem.

Paul | My only concern about the 2 2x10's is this. If I run 2 cabs at 8 ohms, then my head is running at 4 ohms, correct? And this means my signal starts to muddy. Id like to keep the signal at 8 ohms if I can.
Is there any configuration where I can have 2 2x10s and still get say...300w out of the head at 8 ohms? |

Can get 4 ohm 2x10s, can rewire them to 16 ohm each, as they'll have a pair of 8 ohm drivers.
Dinky 12s are really good though, they aren't so many poor quality options in the 1x12 bass cab range. Those Aguilars should be really good.
