Smaller than 12 inch cabs?
 

Who makes cabs that are smaller and lighter than a single 12? Single 10? Single 8? 2x6's? Do any exist? I know about the Crazy8's. Wanting to know if there are other options.

Genz Benz Shuttle 3.0-10T and 3.0-8T are very good little combos with a 10 and an 8, respectively. Excellent pieces of gear that have a good DI into the PA if you want, or have the power to drive a second cab as well.

Acme B1... I think Epiphani had a Ul110... Aguilar Liittle Jack 2x8...

Except for the obvious crappy combos. and no i wasn't referring to good combos with little speakers, such as GenzBenz PJB, Markbass, SWR Baby Blue, GK MB10, Carvin Mb10...

markbass makes a 1x6 combo. always wanted one, but it's stupid expensive . . .

Thanks for the recomendations. I'm checking them out now. I played that 1x6 yesterday. It sounded really good.

Overton makes a single 10 cab as well.

Doesn't Phil Jones have a briefcase amp that is made up of 5"-6" speakers? Going from memory here...

fwiw I have the minimark. I've used (and abused) it for many years and it has stayed constant, great sounding and remains one of the quietest amps I've ever had . . .
