Smallest bi amp rigs?
I have been using a GK MB 200 for most gigs now, with an Ampeg Portabass 12. If it needs an extension cab, I have an SWR 2X10. I mainly play fretless electric and EUB. However, I've just purchased a 5-string (a Pedulla -- yay!), and I'm considering a biamp setup. But I still don't need a huge rig. Any suggestions?

You could try getting a second small amp - MB200, EBS Reidmar, whatever - and splitting your signal going into them with one of these : http://www.rolls.com/product.php?pid=SX21
If you try it, please let us know how it works out!
If you can find an old ADA MB-1 preamp, they have Biamp output capability with an adjustable crossover point. Match it up with a good two channel amp and you are in business.

I am also surprised that there aren't any smaller amps with built-in biamping. By the time you add a second micro-head and even that little Rolls crossover, or a rack preamp, you might as well get into a biamp friendly "full size" head like the old Peavey Megabass (edit: so as to not mislead, it's a 2U rack head).
The MB is cheap used and I'm having a lot of fun with mine. But even though it's class D (early class D), I would not categorize it as light (about 30 pounds). It's still about as portable as the MB-1 + class D PA amp sort of solution and at least you don't have to have a rack, necessarily, to carry it around.
It's an affordable and certainly effective option if you just want to play with biamping, at least.
Gk 800 RB? It's 2 space, something like 300@4 on the lows and .... 100@8 on the highs? They are pretty old but are around to be had for sure.

I have been playing a Carvin PB15 preamp for long time. It features the same crossover and outputs that were in their 1990's era heads. I use it with a 2-channel rack amp that drives a 2X10 cab and a 2X5 cab. It's been working quite well, particularly with the cabs standing on end in a column.:bassist:
