Dude, you have to record a sample! | Late 60's - EV made the speakers, Rickenbacker made the cabinets, and John Paul Jones played the keys through them on the first US Zep tour. Not sure if these particular cabinets were used by JPJ, but apparently they made 12 of the 30" cabs total... I've got 3- one of which is speakerless.
What's funnier is that the Sunn is a 4x15... looks tiny!
Did this quickly just after I got them just for a friend who claimed they couldn't have any top end. It's a garbage camera recording with some bad playing, but you get the idea... 100W tube rickenbacker amp (as seen in the pic) with one 30". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YV38qizP3Y |

I believe they made that size of cabinet with 2 15's or 4 12's... |

In the " The history of Rickenbacker guitars - By Richard R. Smith" It is stated that there was an option of either a single 30" or 4x15".
And, it's not mine. |

How do you fit 4x15s into that cab? Are some of them facing the back? |

In the one you posted, I was quite surprised at the high end content. Not that I was expecting it to be totally absent or anything, just not as sharp as it was.

That is totally off the sprocket!
I want a bigger magnet and a 6" voice coil, though.
