classic Ampeg 4x10 cab next to a Eden Nemesis 4x10, and the Ampeg killed it. what other cab would go well with the Ampeg? I was thinking Mesa 2x12, I want the high mids of Ampeg and looking for more punch and low end to go with it. |

| | | | What about the 410HLF?
Seems a lot of folks like these over an 810. |

Get all them watts and whatnot.

You can certainly try the 410hlf with the 410he, but the sound is going to be off. |

You can certainly try the 410hlf with the 410he, but the sound is going to be off. | not only that, it creates a 2.67 ohm impedance, which most solid state amps can't handle.

Don't get an hlf, it's a completely different design and the impedance is also different, leading to a 2.67 total impedance. Also, it would be getting more power than the HE due to being a lower impedance.
