We don't know... Since we don't know what cabs or amp you're talking about.

Maybe a tape measure would be a solid idea?

Then you need a cable exactly 4x8 + 210 + PF350 long.

And this is why you're a skilled professional when it comes to cable.

not really a good idea. im already using 2 6ft cables and they are way too long. cables that are too long causes interference. a shorter cable is ideal for getting a better response

Now I know this a put up job. At least, I hope it is.

And if it isn't:

Take a piece of thin rope, hold it to the output of your amp and the input of your cab. Than take a folding rule and look, how long the rope held between your hands appears to be.

Easy, isn't it?

Okay, some folks are clowning around a bit here, but I think you may have received some misinformation. Speaker cables that are a few feet longer than they absolutely need to be do not cause any interference. If a three foot cable won't work for you, try a 6 footer or a ten or twelve footer. You'll be fine.

Line level and mic level signals are subject to external interference, but the use of shielded cables for those applications reduces interference to an inaudible level.

Good luck!

You got something against thick rope? What about straight rules, eh?

The folding rulers are more superior than the tape measure ,when needing very acurate mesurements.

And it looks to me the Op might be interested in makeing sure its not to long by atleast a 1/16th of an inch.
