I found this old ampeg on a rental pratice studio, the owner told me that was used in the first Rock in Rio, so is a late 70's or early 80's model, and still working good and sound very nice for a ss head
Just for curiosity's sake, does anyone knows more about it?
Thanks
by the way the scarf is from my female singer whom took the pic so please don't hassle me for that LOL

Seems like they didn't carry the svt badge at all more like maybe a "b" something another ???

Kind of neat, it was supposed to be the SVT preamp in SS form. I think it had an actual model number associated with it, but I can't recall. |

I've seen a few of them before... very interesting.
Or was this like a V6 type deal?

Meant to power these.. http://www.mombu.com/music/general/t...o-4211921.html
Kind of like the acoustic 1x18 folded horn's that were powered aka 361's.
I've only ever seen one of them before, and it was an ebay auction where they guy had two of the powered 2x15's with one SBT.
IIRC he was asking maybe $2,500... for a 69 SVT, sure... but a 69' SBT? good luck...
That said, i want to think the SBT had an internal power amp.....
