Stacking a 2x10 with a 1x10 - any issues

Specifically, I was thinking about stacking an Acme B2 and a B1. If they're both 8 ohms, and I use a 4-ohm capable amp, is there any reason it wouldn't work? Seems like it could be a cool modular setup - use the B1 for small no-drummer gigs, the B2 for medium gigs, and both cabs for - well, for a gig I don't have yet, but hope to have someday

You'd be limited to the B1's maximum power limits. Bad idea.

An 8 ohm B1 and a 4 ohm B2 would be a better mix, but requires a dual power amp or 2 ohm amp.

Don't daisy chain them: you won't be able to control the balance of sound across the 2 cabinets and it will probably sound bad.

Almost but not quite. If both cabs are the same ohm rating you'd be limited to 2 x the power handling of the cab with the lowest power handling. So that looks like 175 watts for the B1 x 2 = 350 watts.

you and RP said the same thing. The system will be fine until the B1 runs out of excursion which will be well before the B2.

I always try to match wattage capabilities when mixing cabs. My two Orange cabs are both rated for 600 watts, so I don't have to worry about overpowering one cab to get the other sounding good. I've found that mixing a 200 watt cab and a 400 watt cab I tend to get the lower wattage cab sounding too dirty.
