| Stealth Plug levels

I bought the SVX plugin studio bundle as some of you did. It comes with the Stealth plug interface. In the control panel for the Stealth even with the input gain turned all the way up the input levels barely reach -12 in my recording software. My bass has active electronics and I can get the level up sufficient IF I turn up the balancing pot that is on the circuit board of the bass however now there is a big diff in the output levels between passive and active. Anyone using a bass with just passive pickups with this thing. I'm trying to determine if it's defective or just poor design. |
